Asset-or-Nothing Put Option is a type of put option where the payoff is nil, if the asset price is higher than the strike price; while the payoff equals the asset price, in case the strike price is higher.
How Does Asset-or-Nothing Put Option Applied in Options Market?
This option is different from the plain vanilla options which make a payment of differential price between the market rate and the strike price at the expiry of the option.
